2305 Pheasant Trail sold on 6-7-11 exactly 3 months after the 3-7-11 first showing. Not as quick as you sold 5808 Terra (i.e., sold in 5 weeks after MLS listing posted), but not too long.
6 showings after listing on MLS (AccuShow shows 7, but one was the buyer inspection).
7 houses are still for sale in Quail Hollow, and another that was listed has since gone rental. Good time to get out of that neighborhood.
I really appreciate the advice and moral support you and Barbara provided our family through this very emotionally and physically challenging period. At all times of the day and night, you were there to advise, listen, or e-mail, and that is what pushed us through the tough times. We started the make-ready process on 10-20-11, and it has been a long, long 9 months to get here.
Hopefully, we will have a break before having to do this again, and be able to spend more quality times with family and friends . . . and keeping an eye out for good investments!
